NorthGate Visa Service Center is a private consultancy firm registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). We operate as an independent entity and are not affiliated with any government embassy, consulate, or immigration authority worldwide.

We provide professional visa consultancy including:

• Visa application form completion assistance
• Document review and organization guidance
• Interview preparation and coaching sessions
• General process consultation and timeline advice

⚠️ We do NOT provide legal advice, guaranteed approvals, or fake/sponsorship documents.

All service fees are communicated transparently before engagement. Government visa fees (MRV, processing, biometrics) are separate and must be paid directly by the applicant. Service fees are non-refundable once the process has been initiated or any work has commenced.

Clients must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. Submission of false documents, misrepresentation, or withholding material facts is strictly prohibited. NorthGate shall not be held liable for visa refusals resulting from incorrect or fraudulent client information.

Visa processing times are determined solely by embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities. NorthGate does not guarantee or expedite processing. Delays, additional document requests, or administrative processing are beyond our control.

⚠️ Visa approval is never guaranteed. The final decision rests exclusively with the respective embassy or immigration authority. NorthGate does not promise or assure visa approval under any circumstances. Our role is to maximize your chances through professional guidance.

Service fees are non-refundable once any service (including initial consultation, document review, or form preparation) has been provided. No refunds will be issued in case of visa refusal, client withdrawal, or change of travel plans. Government fees paid to embassies follow their respective refund policies.

All personal information, documents, and data shared with NorthGate are kept strictly confidential and used solely for visa assistance purposes. We do not share client data with third parties except as required for visa processing or by law.
